Downward dog, Vinyasa Flow: Come Support our Kula!

Kula means community and we love our community, especially if it has tails, loves treats, and yoga! We at our house do downward dog faithfully as well as the Savasana pose. That’s one of my favorites! I know I’m better at it than my mom. She has troubles moving from pose to pose, so I help her with the well-positioned body lean or tail in the face. It works out well and she’s so happy to work out with me. Well, the nice folks at Banyan Tree Yoga will be providing free classes, special shopping opportunities and raffles on this Saturday, Small Business Saturday, November 28. 2015. For more information, see the Bayan Tree facebook page for event details.

Smile!

I love having my picture taken. Whether it’s an action shot to show off my cool running skills or portraiture, I love to pose and show off my pearly whites! Sometimes, I can even bring a toy with me in my pictures. So, the folks at Animal Hospital of Nashua are inviting us back on December 5 (10a-2p) in Nashua and December 12 (9-12) in Amherst to have our photos taken. Photos are $10 each, and will include a 4×6 photo and card stock frame of you and your family (pets and children both welcome!) in front of your choice of holiday backgrounds. No appointments are necessary, but please bring cash or check to pay.

As always, have a safe, happy and fun holiday season. It gets dark early and it’s still dark in the morning when we walk! Be careful and be sure to wear bright reflective colors and make sure your person does as well! We even have blinking red lights and an orange vest; I look good! ~ All the best, Junior
